1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account information: email address, name, business name, business type, industry, and location when you create an account.
- Scan data: website URLs you submit for analysis, along with business name and location for AI mention queries.
- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Service credentials: if you use our Fix It For Me or Rebuild services, you may provide website login credentials. These are stored with encryption and used only to perform the requested work.
We also collect automatically:
- Usage data: scan frequency, features used, and interaction with results.
- Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting), browser type, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To perform website scans and generate AI visibility reports.
- To query AI platforms on your behalf to check if your business is mentioned.
- To send you scan results, score change alerts, and service updates (Pro users).
- To implement website changes for Fix It For Me and Rebuild services.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
- To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.
3. Website Content We Analyze
When you submit a URL for scanning, we fetch and analyze the publicly accessible HTML content of your website (up to 5 pages for Pro users). We store snapshots of this content to generate your report. This content is already publicly available on the internet. We do not access password-protected pages during scans.
4. Credential Handling
For Fix It For Me and Full Rebuild services, you may choose to provide website login credentials. These credentials are:
- Stored with encryption at rest.
- Accessible only to authorized team members performing your requested work.
- Never shared with third parties.
- Used solely to implement the changes described in your service agreement.
We strongly recommend changing your passwords after we complete work on your site.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe: payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic: AI analysis engine for site scoring and mention checking.
- Vercel: application hosting and deployment.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Scan results and history are retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, your scan data, history, and any stored credentials are permanently deleted. Anonymous scan data (from free scans without an account) is retained for 90 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export your scan data.
- Opt out of marketing communications.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
