Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CanAIFindMe ("the Service"), operated by L.E.A.D. Alliance Analytics ("we," "us," "our"), is an AI visibility audit tool that analyzes websites for discoverability by AI systems. The Service includes free scans, paid subscription plans (Pro), and done-for-you services (Fix It For Me, Full Rebuild, Monthly Care).

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free Tier

Free accounts receive limited scans per day with partial results. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time. No payment information is required for the free tier.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/month) or annually ($199/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Done-For-You Services

Fix It For Me, Full Rebuild, and Monthly Care are professional services performed by our team. Payment is collected before work begins. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines.

Refund policy: No refunds are issued for completed work. If we have not begun work on your project, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued. Monthly Care subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Site Access and Credentials

For Fix It For Me and Full Rebuild services, you may provide website login credentials to allow us to implement changes. These credentials are stored securely with encryption and are used solely to perform the requested work. We do not share credentials with third parties. You should change your passwords after work is completed. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access that occurs outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithms; resell scan results or generated code without authorization; use automated systems to abuse the Service; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Generated code files (schema.org, llms.txt, FAQ schema) provided through the Service are licensed for your use on your website. The scoring methodology, analysis algorithms, and Service interface remain the intellectual property of L.E.A.D. Alliance Analytics. Your website content remains your property at all times.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI systems will recommend your business after using our Service. AI visibility scores are assessments based on current best practices and may not reflect actual AI system behavior. AI platforms change their algorithms frequently, and results may vary over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.E.A.D. Alliance Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
